FAQ'S


Where are you?
We are located on the Central Coast, NSW Australia. We love a good adventure and we're more than happy to travel far & wide for your big day but please bear in mind, there is a travel fee if the wedding is located outside of the Central Coast, NSW.

Can you hold a date for me?

Unfortunately not. To be fair to everyone, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.

When will we receive our Photo's or Film?

Photograph's have a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks, Film is 8-12 weeks. May be a little longer in peak times due to COVID postponements, but we will let you know how we are traveling.
For photography, you will receive a set of 'sneak peak' images within the next 2 days (if we don't have another wedding the following day!)


How are our Images/Film delivered?

We will send you an online gallery via PIXISET which will be available for 6 months after delivery. We advise as soon as you receive your link, please download & back up all of the files onto a separate USB or hard-drive for safe keeping. There is the option to add on a wood USB to your package.  

Will you help us with the Wedding run-sheet?
OF COURSE! We love to have a look & have input of the run-sheet before its final, just to ensure you have allocated enough time per formality and factored in enough travel time between venues.

Are you insured?
Definitely.

Do you offer Albums or Prints? Can they be ordered after the wedding?

Yes we offer both! We believe albums are the icing on the proverbial cake! There's something special about having a tangible record of the day you became one.
Prices for albums start at $850 - $1500. Anything to do with printing, send us an email & we will see what we can do for you. There is no time limit after the wedding to order, as long as you have you have the high-res photos stored. 

What happens if it rains on the day of our wedding or engagement shoot?
We will try our best to come up with a "wet weather" option, but in most area's there is not a lot available. We always carry 6 clear umbrella's with us & are always down to embracing it if you are. We can reschedule engagement sessions.

Is there paperwork involved with our booking?
Yes! Not a lot though. When booking, we will email you the required paperwork which involves your contract, assignment sheet (names, numbers, address's, vendor details & special requests), and a run-sheet template. The assignment sheet and run-sheet template does not need to be returned until much closer to the wedding date!

with you wedding details and we will respond to you as quick as possible with our availability & pricing PDF. Once you have chosen the package that suits you best, we will send you through a 20% non-refundable booking fee invoice to secure the date, along with our contact & paperwork.

How can we pay?
We only accept direct bank transfer.


Will there be 1 or 2 Photographers/Videographers at our wedding?
There will only we 1 Photographer/Videographer attending unless you choose to hire a second upon booking. Due to travel time only the bride will be photographed in the morning getting ready if you don't hire a second shooter, unless you are getting ready at the same location or very close by. A second shooter is always recommended for ultimate coverage of the day & capturing moments the main shooter may miss like guests reactions & alternate angles.

Do you keep our files forever?
No. We discard the RAW files 3-4 months after the wedding. For Photography we keep all of the edited/delivered images for 12 months. Film is 6 months.

Do you offer Elopements?
Yes! Make an inquiry & we will come up with a package to suit your elopement.
